Description
Primer concentrate (dilutable), 2.5 kg — a concentrated primer that is diluted before use according to the manufacturer's instructions. Apply to plaster, concrete, plasterboard and brick before filling, painting or wallpapering. It strengthens the surface, binds dust, evens out the absorbency of the substrate and improves adhesion of the next coat.
