Should I choose a flat mop or a classic mop?

A flat microfibre mop suits laminate, tile and hard-to-reach places, and the pad is easy to remove and wash. A classic mop with a wringer bucket is better for large or heavily soiled floors. Check how the pad attaches and the platform size.

Why is microfibre better than an ordinary cloth?

Microfibre picks up dust and moisture better and leaves no streaks on glass and mirrors. Wash it without fabric softener, otherwise the fibres clog and absorb less. Keep a separate cloth for glass and mirrors.

How do I choose the size of household gloves?

Go by the width of your palm: S for narrow, M for medium, L for wide. The glove should neither pinch nor hang loose, otherwise you lose feel. For work with chemicals choose gloves with a long cuff.

How do I clean windows without streaks?

First wipe off dust with a damp cloth, then apply glass cleaner and pull it off with a squeegee from top to bottom, wiping the blade after each pass. Dry the edges with microfibre. Do not clean windows in direct sun, the cleaner dries too fast.

Will a replacement head fit my mop or handle?
