What data the asbshop.ge site collects, why, and how to have it deleted.

Who processes the data

The data controller is ASB Trade LLC (identification code 406444450), Tsotne Dadiani St. 109, Tbilisi, Georgia. Questions about your data: [email protected].

What data we collect

When you place an order: name, phone, e-mail and delivery address, and for legal entities the company name and identification code. In your personal account: your phone number (sign-in by SMS code) and order history.

When you contact us via chat or a form: the text of your message and the contact details you left. Technical data (IP address, browser type and the pages you opened) is collected automatically.

Why

To issue an invoice, prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, meet accounting and tax legal requirements, reply to your enquiry and improve the site. We do not send mass mailings without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with those without whom the order cannot be fulfilled: couriers and transport companies (name, phone, address), the bank when you pay, and the services the site runs on: Cloudflare (hosting and protection), Google Analytics (anonymised visit statistics), Telegram and e-mail (notifications to our managers about orders and messages). We do not sell your data or pass it on for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores your cart, chosen language and personal-account session in your browser's memory. Google Analytics uses cookies for anonymised statistics; you can switch it off in your browser settings or with an analytics-blocking extension.

Retention periods and your rights

We keep order and invoice data for as long as Georgian accounting legislation requires; chat enquiries for up to 12 months; your account for as long as you use it.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and enquiry data by writing to [email protected] from the same phone number or e-mail. Invoice data that we are required by law to keep is deleted once the statutory period has expired.
