Rules for ordering on asbshop.ge: who the seller is, how prices are set and when an order is considered accepted.

Goods and prices

The site offers construction and electrical goods, tools, paints and safety equipment from our warehouse in Tbilisi. Prices are in lari and apply at the time the order is placed. Goods marked “price on request” are sold at the price the manager gives you separately.

Some goods are sold in packs: the quantity per pack and the pack price are shown on the product page. Paint tinted to a RAL colour is made to order from the minimum number of cans stated on the product page.

Placing and confirming an order

An order placed on the site is your offer to buy the goods. The contract is considered concluded once the manager confirms availability and the delivery cost, and you pay the invoice or confirm payment on delivery. If any item is out of stock, we will offer a replacement or remove it from the order.

An invoice generated on the site is valid for 3 business days; after that, the price and availability may change.

Delivery, returns, warranty

The terms of delivery, payment, returns and warranty are set out on the “Delivery, payment and returns” page and form part of these terms.

Personal account

You sign in to your personal account with a code sent by SMS. You are responsible for access to your phone number; if you lose the number, write to us and we will unlink it from the account.

Photos and descriptions of goods are for information only; the manufacturer may change the packaging and contents. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in the court at the seller's location in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
