Description

CAPITAL paint, tint base C, 15 L. Base C is meant for tinting to rich and dark shades: a colourant of the chosen colour is added before use, and the base is not used untinted. Tinting is easiest on a tinting machine; then mix the paint thoroughly and apply by roller or brush to a prepared surface.
