Description
The Dahua ARD512-W2(868) is a wireless acoustic detector whose highly sensitive omnidirectional microphone picks up the sound of breaking glass at up to 9 m. The algorithm analyses high and low frequencies together to reduce false alarms, and it works with tempered, double-glazed, laminated, wired, plate and float glass 2.4 to 6.4 mm thick and from 0.3×0.3 up to 3×3 m. Two alarm inputs (NO/NC) take wired sensors, plus a tamper switch and battery monitoring. The link to the hub runs on 868 MHz, two-way and encrypted, with frequency hopping. For protecting a shopfront, office or home windows indoors.
