It links to the recorder over eSATA (up to 3 Gbps) or USB 3.0, with read and write speeds above 64 MB/s. Power is 100–240 V, consumption without drives is 6.8 W, and one fan cools the unit; it measures 440 × 70 × 408 mm and weighs 4.2 kg.
