Description
VIVA quartz primer, 15 L. Used as a preparatory coat before decorative plasters and textured finishes: the quartz sand in it creates a rough surface that they bond to firmly. It evens out substrate absorbency so the decorative layer dries uniformly. Suitable for concrete, plastered and plasterboard walls.
