Description
Wood drill bit with a shank, 18 mm in diameter, working part 126 mm long, shank 600 mm long. Steel, made in China. The diameter suits holes for pipes, cable entries and large bolts in timber and beams. The long shank lets you drill deep holes in timber, beams and rafters without an extension. Drill at medium speed and withdraw the bit from time to time to clear the chips. Before drilling, clamp the workpiece in a vice or with a clamp and mark the centre, so that the bit does not wander and the edge does not split.
