Description
The Ajax FireProtect 2 RB (Heat/CO) Jeweller watches for two hazards at once: sudden heat (a rise of over 10 °C per minute or more than 64 °C) and carbon monoxide. It alarms at 50 ppm CO within 90 minutes, at 100 ppm within 40 minutes and at 300 ppm within 3 minutes, which makes it a good fit for homes with a boiler, fireplace or gas water heater. The 85 dB buzzer works autonomously, the Jeweller link to an Ajax hub reaches 1,700 m, and 2 CR123A batteries last up to 7 years.
