Description
Toolmak flat toothed file, 8″ (200 mm). This flat file with teeth is used for filing and cleaning flat surfaces, removing burrs and fitting parts. File only on the forward stroke with moderate pressure and lift the tool on the return. Clamp the workpiece in a vise and clean the teeth with a wire brush when they clog with chips. Store the file apart from other tools so the teeth are not damaged.
