Description
The Dahua ASR2100A-D is a 125 kHz ID card reader in a polycarbonate body with an acrylic front panel; reading distance 0–5 cm, response 0.1 s. It connects over RS-485 or Wiegand34, runs on 12 V 0.5 A and draws no more than 0.9 W in standby and 1.7 W in operation. IP66 protection (with silicone sealant) allows indoor and outdoor installation, size 123×86×15 mm. A tamper alarm, buzzer and indicator are built in, every port has overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and a watchdog restores operation after a fault. Used with Dahua controllers at an office, warehouse or car-park door.
