Description
The Dahua HY-AA340R addressable gas detector senses leaks of natural gas (methane) or LPG (propane); the gas type is selectable, as is the NO/NC mode of the built-in dry-contact relay. It measures 0–100% LEL and alarms at 8% (±3%) LEL; power is 24 V with a static current of up to 30 mA. For methane it goes on the ceiling (within 30 cm of it), for propane on the wall within 30 cm of the floor, which fits kitchens, boiler rooms and spaces with gas appliances. The relay can drive a gas valve or an extractor fan. White housing 100 × 46.3 mm, 105 g, operating range −10 to +55 °C, CE.
