Description
The Dahua HY-GC20B is a standalone carbon monoxide alarm with a Figaro electrochemical sensor that needs no wiring at all: one replaceable CR123A lithium battery (3 V) keeps it going for up to 10 years, with standby current under 20 µA. The LCD shows the CO concentration, the alarm exceeds 85 dB at 3 m and triggers by dose, after 60–90 minutes at 50 ppm or 10–40 minutes at 100 ppm. A single button runs a self-test and silences the unit for about 45 seconds, red, yellow and green indicators separate alarm, fault and power, and the device warns on its own when the battery runs low. A compact alarm for bedrooms and rooms with a fireplace or gas water heater.
