Description
The Dahua HY-SA21A-W2(868) is a wireless smoke alarm with a photoelectric sensor using split-spectrum technology that samples the air every 10 seconds and triggers at a 0.2–0.3 dB/m threshold. The built-in sounder gives 85–90 dB at 3 m, test and silence share one button and the silence lasts about 12 minutes; green and red LEDs distinguish standby, alarm, fault and low battery. Low quiescent current and an SMD circuit board give long battery life. The link to a Dahua hub in the 868 MHz band delivers a smoke alert to the phone app. For rooms in a flat, house, hostel or small office with ceilings below 8 m.
